The air had changed from the cheerful and glad atmosphere to a cold and worried enviroment down the pub past Sindé Street 11 in Oceaneye's East District... Mikeal sat somewhat calmer than he'd been before, he realised he could sit tight any more after hearing the bad news some while ago... Even if he had not so much faith in the Child of Hope, he knew that lives would be lost and that if the world was to become peaceful ever again, the time to act was now!
"Hey, what do you think of this outbreak... Horrible right?"
Mikeal asked the barkeep who just looked at him as a reply as an agree, he poured the rest of the whiskey down his throuth and swallowed it...
"I gotta head home... Keep the change!" He said leaving a quatras by the table before walking out of the pub... Rain hit the ground softly like the calm before the storm, another bad omen, he knew that but even so he couldn't stop it now... The war was to come, he'd go out with his claymore once again. How would this end, would the peaceful place of Liber'Anchias side be held by the Empire once again? A transport Shuttle passed above him hanging in iron cables, those dusty Factory made shuttles was becoming popular and there was even one being made between Floresqua and Ironhove Mountain...
The enviorment was as usuall though, not many had heard of it probably, but soon? It would be paniced people and scared civilians... Breezes passed by the corner of the building as a match litted a cigarette for him which he had by his mouth, the bricks of the building couldn't been more beautiful, for it could very well be the last time he'd see them so clean and left without marks of fire and holes... His gaze went higher as the people passed the streets, yet so unaware of the horrible things that were to come...

She gripped the satchel that hung over her shoulder in one hand, light on her since it carried little valubles, and the handle of an umbrella in the other, sheilding herself from the refreshing, soft sprinkles of rain that dropped down from the heavens without a sound... they were much like her, neither of them were making such a sound or impact as they arrived in Oceaneye.
Though why should anyone notice her? Everyone she remembers, gone... everyone she loved, gone... She got over it a long time ago, but the feelings and sensations that Oceaneye sparked in her mind and heart brought back old memeories of better times, and the worst too... tears stung her eyes, and she sqeezed them shut tight to avoid the blur that they casted on her vision...
No more crying... Try to live life as much as you can... they would've wanted you to have a rich and full experience on this planet, and terrorizing herself with these awful memories was'nt going to help her...
She straightened up, sniffling lightly from both the nipping cold and the tears, and walked on, looking for any inn that had a free room for a wanderer such as herself...

Mikeal leaned back closing his eyes before falling to the ground, sitting...
By a short while after that people crowded the streets, the cable shuttle had left the passengers a block down and people passed by once again, he stood up again, taking a last suck out of the cigarette before putting it out on the wet ground... The flimmer neon sign of the pub seemed as a summer rose growing in the middle of the city... Sad that it could very well be destroyed sometime soon... He stepped out of the alley bumbing into a small girl around the corner, "Sorry..." he said as he continued down the street, he stopped by a sign board, Apartments for Sale:::Old trunk Lost::: O.E.Gaard- Wanted Note::: *Just crap...* he thought and continued while litting another cigarette as he kept walking down the streets towards his home down 2 blocks...
*Geez... War...* he thought and sighed once again... The cold breezes came more often and the rain had gone from thick to fine thick mist like drops hitting the face everytime the wind swept by... The clouds had covered up the sky by now and soon he was there, *Home...*

(Quick post, hope it's alright ...)
"It's okay" She answered quietly, although unsure if he'd even heard her. She was bundled up even more, the gentle rain soon storming down on her hard, thick and large droplets.
She was relieved when she found an Inn right next to a smaller pub... she smiled lightly, thinking of the bright neon sign as a sort of star that had guided her to refuge, although she quickly shook her head at the silly thought... just a child's story!
She quickly rushed over and stepped into the amazingly warm and sweet smelling Inn, and was relieved to find that they were'nt overbooked... thank goodness for her...

Softly he opened his apartment door, a row-house nearby a river and a Stone bridge which this night could only reflect the street lights...
He stepped in, terrified... "What...?" he asked himself loud as a man stepped infront of him, "You never paid your bill Mikeal... Sorry, I gotta kick you out of here..." a gentleman said, Mikeal's reaction still at the area swept clean, no furnitures, nothing...
Mikeal shaked his head, "Not right... I did all I could right? And aren't you suppose to cut for those hard working guys... Alike I myself, it's hard to compete at the market stands... Hunters comes everyday trying their luck..." Mikeal spoke as he turned around, "Bye then..." he spoke, angered and depressed, *No home...* he thought as he walked away...
*The inn...* He figured, turning once again towards the pub, A dried dust cloud hitted his eyes, followed by the hard gushing rain washing his eyes... Mikeal stopped by the bridge and decided to take the long way towards the pub... He'd pass by the edge of the east district to enter a building, "Come on guys... What is this bullshit!" Mikeal asked 3 gentleman responsable for the hire apartments of Mikeal's living area. "I am kicked without any other reason then that I am late with my payment and you've taken all my stuff... That sucks guys and since when did you get greedy?" Mikeal asked as he scanned their eyes, sure his voice and mood had a touch of the alcohol but either way he would still act this way!
Their eyes was as piercing metal from a device sort of thing... "That's so?" he said as he had catched their reason... *They knew... They knew about the war...* Mikeal couldn't blame them so he just stepped out once again, *Damn...*
After a while of sitting on a bench closer to the pub, he litted a cigarette, breathed out... "What... WHY? IS THERE NO REASON OF TODAYS PEOPLE!?" he yelled as he soaked in rain, fell to the ground and almost passed out...

Juliet laid in bed, bored and unable to sleep... the television barely worked and was mostly static... the news was just depressing, deaths and evil, all over, again...
And the news of a war coming? Well, that didn't help conflicts... everyone on their toes, fingers flying as the blame twisted and turned into everywhich direction...
Her numbly chill body jumped when she heard a loud shout from outside the pub.
"--WHY? IS THERE NO REASON OF TODAYS PEOPLE!?"
Curiously, she sat up and got out of bed, walking over to the window to see the commotion... a man laid outside on the ground, in the road, the rain pelting down on him. She brought a hand to her mouth, gasping... poor man! But... what if he was some passed out drunk? This Inn WAS near a Pub, it was'nt out of the question one bit.
But still... she could go out and drag him out of the rain... he was a human, and didn't deserve to lay in the rain and get robbed or sick. She slipped her boots on, grabbed her umbrella, and stepped out of her room. She quickly walked down the hall and down the stairs... it was quiet and deserted, and the Innkeep was'nt even at his post... all she could hear was the sound of the falling rain.
She stepped outside and pushed a button on her umbrella handle. It popped open like the wings of a frightened, jet black bat, and she stepped out towards him... he was breathing, and getting pretty damned soaked. She closed her umbrella, sure she'd be unable to handle it and him, and slid it in her pocket.
She stepped up, rain beginning to wet her hair and clothes. She came in from the side and reached down to push him on his back, but he reacted...

Mikeal moaned after a moment in the rain as a women/girl came pushing him, "I am fine..." He said sounding depressed, his breath smelled alcohol, though he wasn't too drunk, just lacked in vitamins and getting cramps from hunger... "I'll leave... No problem..." He said though when looking up he saw that it wasn't a town guard, he embrassedly sat up reaching with his hand for help, "Sorry..." he said, thinking she seemed familiar...
*Ah, that girl... Funny I bumbed into her just some hour ago...*

He began to squirm, muttering about being alright, his breath thick with the stench of booze and his voice lingering with a slight sound of sadness... maybe if she were this drunk, she wouldn't have the mind to worry... sounded blissful.
But she shook the thoughts away, letting go of him as he tried to get off the ground himself. He looked up at her, though, and she couldn't help but smile a little... not much of good first impression, both of them soaked and one drunk.
She heard a sorry from him as he got to his knees, hiding his face, bringing a hand up to ask if she'd give him hers. She took his hand and helped him off the ground, popping open her umbrella to bring over the both of them.
"Um, sorry sir, I just wanted to get you out of this weather"

He couldn't help but to fell a tear, she was like a stench of the sun rays gone some time ago now...
"Thanks... But where have I to go?" he asked her, "I've lost my home and the pub is shut..." he said as he looked at her, "By the way... I am not that drunk, I am mostly just angered about the war..." he spoke somewhat tiredly, which would entire his drunkness...
*Helpsome little women... Grown up and young at the same time... She knows of it... I bet she do...* he thought as the stone ground splashed by his steps, the footsteps which would bring him further tomorrow!

She frowned a little... fallen on tough times. Hell, everyone falls sometimes... she hated to watch people lay there, struggling to get to their feet, ya know?
She felt pretty bold, maybe a little too generous... "You could stay in my room, I really don't mind... I mean, if you need a place... I couldn't just let you wander" She said, feeling a little stupid... was this really a wise decision, letting some stranger stay in your room with you? She had no money for him to steal, but she sure had a body for him to steal!
Of course, even if she felt stupid for suggesting, she stood by it... he needed a place to stay, she knew how it was... and besides, anyone who lays a finger on her, EVER, will not live to tell about... She was'nt some coldblooded killer, but she knew how to slit a throat...

Mikeal smiled pleased, "Thank you... I'll be no more trouble than I am now..." he spoke easily and calm, "I may look worn and torned, but there is a reason why I left Empire a long long time ago... It is, because I got some sort of SENSE, I am not just some dumb nut..." he said perhaps even to himself, he wasn't sure the girl listened, but anyhow he was pleased with that he had spoken off...
He reached for her shoulder to lean on and started to let her lead through the heavy atmosphere in this empty alleyway, "I talk to much..." He spoke as they steppled through the water splashy raod...

She allowed him to put his weight on her... he was on her side, huh? Than again... she can scarely remember the last time she felt any pride for her Liber'anchian beliefs...
Maybe her life would have been normal if she had not chosen sides, but when war tore into her exsistence, it was difficult not to... all of the men in her life, drafted... leaving her and her mother to fend for themselves in a time when a bomb could be exploding above you at any moment.
She really was passionate about it once... the fighter, for peace... eveyone had a say, no one should be quiet, there should be no death for freedom of speech... she didn't want to spiral into some world where you look the same, act the same, where your told what to think and when to be quiet!
And for awhile, Liber'anchian's were gaining victory... but it didn't last very long, as kidnappings began and things started to crumble... spending years in prisons, under horrible conditions, half of them with no one beside you except a rotting corpse... it was something she wanted to forget.... a part of her that rotted her mind and soul.
She sank lowly, memories flooding in of life... all because of this man, his one word, "Empire"...
"I talk to much..." he muttered quietly, as they took a step from puddles to curb... "Nonsense" She replied, her eyes a stinging storm of luminous sadness... a single thick tear escaped her eye, and she struggled to hide her discomfort in the presence of the stranger...
"Buck up darling... just stop acting like a baby already" She thought to herself, teeth clenched, glad her hair was in her face, glad they were wet from rainfall...
"Want a drink?" She asked him, as they stepped into the warm Inn... was'nt too late to ask the Innkeep for a bottle of whatever...

As the rain continued to pour as though the gods were crying, two city watchmen stood at the front gate alert and very very wet. both guards raised there spears as a man approached the city.
the man lifted his head to look at the guards, "stand aside..." the guards hesitated then one of the spoke. "no may enter without the proper identification" The man stopped and lifted his hand to wards the guards. the guards were thrown back against the wall pined down by what appeared to be black feathers.
The man continued t walk to wards the gate as it slammed shut. the man simply lifted his hand again, this time to wards the gate. black tentacles of energy extended from his hand and grasped the gate riping out and throwing it back away from the city.
The man his face draped with long back hair walked through the wreckage and to wards the east district of the city, any that got in the way were pined to a wall, but other wise unharmed. the screams of the people could be heard though out the city...

Mikeal hiccuped, "Would be nice with water... Drinks I have had a bit to much of lately..." he spoke as they walked towards the room, somehow a dark feeling drowned Mikeal for a second time stopped and he turned against the stairs, *What the hell?* he thought as his eyes sharpened, he stood leaning... *Screams?* Fading screams was heard outside, Mikeal's desperate sadness seemed washed away as hate seemed growing and he was alerted... Fading screams was usuall, but this time.
Rain still poured down, a clap of thunder echoed in the city. He figured for the moment it might be the lightnings of thunder, he calmed down still alerted and faced the girl with a what seemed to be some sort of a smile.

They stopped when they both stepped into the Inn, both of them alerted by faraway, frail screams in the wind...
She let go of him, allowing him to stand on his own, numb to the screams, her mind swirling in depressive thought... screaming, screaming all the time... her mother screaming as she was beaten, Juliet screaming as she was lashed, assualted... Juliet learned that sometimes screaming did you no good...
She turned away from him, listening to his lingering words... seemed he's had enough booze for tonight... but she had'nt a drop, and now she craved it. A clap of thunder broke her silence, broke the steady sound of rainfall, and her tears.
She turned to face him, and he turned to face her... he gave her a slight, friendly smile and she returned it...
"Please, head to my room, and I'll be up in a moment" She told him, sniffling slightly, as she grabbed her key from her pocket and handed it to him.
She then turned away from him and rang the desk bell, to grab the attention of the innkeep...
( OOC: I'm sorry Juliet seems so depressive... she'll be better later, I promise XD )
